Job Description:

This is a corporate Human Resources position based out of our client's corporate office in Bandra East, Mumbai. The incumbent will be required to assist in the following :
1. Talent acquisition for the entire company.
2. Direct hiring responsibility for senior managers and the leadership team.
3. Maintain, manage and execute systems and processes to streamline talent acquisition.
4. Undertake end- to- end responsibility for TA.
5. Develop, implement, and monitor company- wide employee engagement program.
