Job Description:

Preliminary Study of enquiry & the basic scope of supply & concept of the system
Understand clients requirements & basis for the system design & selection.
Detailed study of relevant documents like technical specification, scope of supply, exclusion, Wet Utilities design requirements
Treatment plant process datasheets, Master Plan, & Documentation required.
Preparation of detailed techno-commercial offer along with compliance / deviation statement
Prepare technical offer including deviations / clarification/ important notes, scope of supply & work, specifications & exclusions.
Prepare commercial offer including all the design task with break down as per the client requirements
Detailed Cost Estimation:
- Cost estimations included supply & services with back reference from standard data base/vendor Quotations
Planning & Reviewing:
Proposal Priority planning through proposal & enquiry management system and submission schedule.
Maintain & update proposal plan & prepare weekly report
Reviewing of detailed technical and commercial offer including deviations / clarification/ important notes, scope of supply & work, equipment specifications & exclusions and cost estimation

M.Tech/M.E in Environmental Engineering.
Overall Experience of 10-12 years, out of which 4-5 years in Business Development/Proposal Preparation activities.
Exposure to checking water supply network, wastewater and drainage collection network, water and Wastewater Treatment plants, Checking Design Calculations, Checking P&ID, process calculations, preparation of Bill of Materials and cost estimation.
