Lead Generation | - To ensure effective area mapping by visiting 6-8 customers daily and using tools like Newsletters, latest catalogues, brochures, presentations etc.
- To conceptualize customer’s need and then selling products as per customer’s requirement
- To connect with the prospect customers through regular mails & calls
- To gather & analyse information for charting out necessary action

Negotiation & Order Closure | - To propose technical & commercial negotiation for order of machines
- To ensure timely submission of quotations & effective following up to convert it into business
- To offer best quotation to our customer & establish win-win situation to both the parties
- To maintain sales pipeline
- To be able to close sales order independently

Revenue Generation | - To collect order along with minimum 30% advance
- To ensure timely payment follow-ups with customers
- To ensure collection of balance payments for machines against PI

Customer Relationship Management | - To develop new customer base, reviving dormant customers and conquest competitor’s customers
- To ensure strong network connections in the market

Competitor Analysis | - To keep a track of business environment, technological trends, competitor product & strategy
- To do analysis of the study and prepare roadmap to target the customers into non-traditional/new market segments

Database Management | - To update sales visit into CRM software on timely and daily basis
- Should be well versed with Microsoft Office
- To maintain all the related documents since initiation of customer query and after
- To keep a record for the failed leads with a reason
